How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account or remove your personal data, please email us at support@alchemy.com. As a GDPR-compliant company, we ensure the secure handling of your personal information and can delete both your account and personal data upon request.

Note: If your team is on a paid plan, you’ll need to downgrade to the Free plan via Billing settings before we can process the deletion.

Note: We keep a record of past invoices for our own accounting purposes even after your account is deleted, so invoice history is not removed as part of the deletion process.
